二年级上册期末检测总结反思

新的学期已经开始了，下面对上学期期末测试情况总结如下：上学期我兼代两个班分别为七班和十一班的数学，下面我分别对每个班级的情况进行具体的分析，首先介绍一下七班的情况，七班一年级是由乔老师所代，二年级因为乔老师事务繁多，故把七班放手由我接手，乔老师是一位经验丰富，能力很强的老师，七班在乔的指导下各方面能力都很强，学生的基础很扎实。在我接手的一学期里，基本保持已有的优势，上学期期末测试中100分9人、90分以下4人，最低分68分，平均分95.05分。在测试中体现的问题是主要表现:1、学生在解决实际问题中，收集信息的能力和分析问题的能力不足。在图文结合的题型中，信息的收集不全，为解决问题增加难度。在信息的整理和选用上也存在一定问题，面对数据信息很多时，不能正确选用合适的数据，从而解决问题更添麻烦。在新的学期我将重点解决这个问题。2、缺乏良好的检查习惯。在平时的作业和练习中，少题和漏题的现象就比较严重，还会出现很多明显的低级错误。例如看错数字或题目，或者出现抄写上的失误等等。而这些问题的最直接的形成原因就是没有良好的检查习惯。有的学生是不检查，有的学生是检查的方法不对。教会学生检查的习惯和检查的方法也是我在新的学期中，亟待解决的问题，也是新学期的一个重要的教学目标。而这名68分的同学也是语文的最后一名，他是上学期刚从义城那边拆迁转过来的，自身的基础较差，学习的态度也不积极，家长对于学生在学习上期望不高，对他的课外辅导更有限，故在学习上一直比较吃力。相比较他个人在平时的成绩情况，本次期末考试中表现已属尚佳

了。对于后进生的辅导和转化工作也将是新学期的一个重点，争取取得家长的配合和支持。11班在本次的测试中100分3人，90分以下9人，最低分76分。十一班是本学期刚刚组建的转校生班级，孩子们来自五湖四海，已有的知识层次、能力以及学习的行为习惯等各方面的情况参差不齐，班级在管理上存在一定的难度，绝大部分的学生来自本地拆迁户家庭，家庭的文化背景不高，经济条件不好等等原因导致两个班的差距较大。在本次考试中，体现出以下几个特点：1、学生的基础知识不扎实，学生的成绩不稳定。因为学生来自各个地方，由不同的教师指导，他们的知识素养不同。在平时的练习检测中，成绩的波动较大，体现出基础知识的不扎实。2、拔尖生较少。和同年级比较，我们班级拔尖的优秀生较少。3、学生的书写速度较慢、质量不高。在练习和考试中速度快慢通常也会影响到成绩。七班存在的问题十一班也同样存在。根据以上的特点分析如下：首先是因为我们班特殊的生源结构导致学生的知识层次不一样。其次，因为家庭的条件，家长对于学生学习的期望以及重视程度不足，一定程度上影响了学生的学习成绩。还有后进生人数较多，所以导致班级的整体成绩不佳。在新的学期里，我将从以上几个问题入手，提高学生的书写速度和质量，夯实基础知识和技能，狠抓后进生，并努力取得家长的支持和配合。希望能为孩子们的进步铺平道路。
